Position: Working Student / Internship in Scientific Regulatory Affairs

Location: Flexible remote work options available

Contract Type: Part-time Working Student / Full-time Internship, Fixed-term

Hours: 20 hours per week for Working Student / 40 hours per week for Internship

Reporting Line: Senior Regulatory Affairs Manager

Role Overview

This position is perfect for a student or recent graduate eager to kickstart their career in regulatory affairs. As a Working Student within our Scientific Regulatory Affairs team, you will be instrumental in ensuring our products adhere to all regulatory standards. Collaborating closely with our Senior Regulatory Affairs Manager, you will gain invaluable experience and insights into the industry.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Regulatory Compliance Monitoring: Ensure that all product packaging and promotional materials align with applicable regulatory standards.
  • Compliance Verification: Utilize specialized software to assess and confirm product formulations for regulatory adherence.
  • Artwork Oversight: Manage modifications to product artwork, ensuring all changes comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Product Specification Review: Evaluate and validate product specifications to guarantee compliance with standards.

Essential Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Recent graduate in a relevant discipline (e.g., Food Science, Nutrition, Chemistry, Biology, Law, or similar).
  • Detail Orientation: Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail in all assignments.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to start immediately and commit to a full-time position for the duration of the contract.
