Your Role

We are seeking a detail-focused and accomplished Regulatory Affairs Specialist who will take a hands-on approach to all Regulatory Monitoring and Reporting matters within DLT Finance AG. This crucial role involves monitoring reporting trends and changes in regulations, ensuring ongoing compliance with regulatory standards and supporting the company's growth agenda.

Key Responsibilities

  • Regulatory Reporting Programme Development: You will perform and improve our regulatory reporting programme, taking into account the strategic objectives and compliance with MiCAR, MiFID, relevant BaFin regulations, and other standards.
  • Regulatory Trend Identification: Monitoring regulatory topics, you will identify trends in regulatory reporting and implement new regulatory requirements with a skilled and analytical approach.
  • Report Preparation and Compliance: You will compile and prepare reports required by financial regulators such as the BaFin, Tax office, or the relevant national or international regulatory authorities and ensure accuracy and completeness of all regulatory filings.
  • Stakeholder Communication and Collaboration: You will support the communication and collaboration with external service providers and other stakeholders, serving as an expert for regulatory requests, documentation, or information needs.
  • Process Improvement and Automation: You will further develop existing and new reports and systems used, working independently on continuous improvement and automation of processes.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Law, Business Administration, or apprenticeship in Banking with professional qualifications for regulatory matters.
  • A proven track record for experience with German and/or European financial regulatory affairs and government authorities (e.g., BaFin, Bundesbank, Tax Authorities, etc.).
  • Good understanding of Digital Assets or particularities of the Fintech sector is a plus.
  • Outstanding analytical and interpersonal skills with an eye for detail.
  • High sense of confidentiality, priority, and compliance.
