Role Overview

As a Working Student in the Project Portfolio Management Office, you will play a crucial role in supporting our project managers throughout various stages of project execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management Assistance: Aid project managers in planning, executing, and monitoring projects effectively.
  • Data Management: Take initiative in processing data, which includes gathering, cleaning, and organizing information from multiple sources.
  • Support Change Management: Contribute to the Configurations & Change Management processes.
  • Data Visualization: Utilize your skills to develop meaningful data visualizations that facilitate clear communication and insights.
  • Agile Methodologies: Assist the team in adopting agile practices, such as Kanban, to enhance collaborative project management.
Qualifications
  • Academic Background: Currently pursuing a degree in industrial or mechanical engineering, project management, economics, or a related field.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate a meticulous approach with a strong commitment to accuracy.
  • Team Collaboration: Exhibit the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Technical Skills: Possess initial experience with data processing and visualization tools, such as Tableau, SQL, or MS Project.
  • Language Proficiency: Strong command of English, both written and spoken; proficiency in German is an advantage.
