{"h2": "IT Specialist Job Description", "p": "We are seeking a highly skilled IT Specialist to join our team at U.S. Army Europe and Africa. As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for the real-time management and operational maintenance of a major, Europe-wide communications network. This includes the administration of Voice over IP (VoIP) and Sensitive but Unclassified (SBU) Voice networks, as well as the iterative management of analysis, restoration, and projection of network performance. You will also be responsible for identifying overloading or under-utilization and initiating rerouting plans to balance traffic loads and reduce overloads on specific trunks or facilities. Additionally, you will maintain and report status on all open disruptions, assess and verify contractor performance, and conduct periodic diagnostics tests of the UC control system.

Responsibilities:

* Manage and maintain the Europe-wide communications network
* Administer VoIP and SBU Voice networks
* Identify and address network performance issues

Requirements:

* Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science or related field
* 5 years of experience in IT or related field
* Proficiency in English and German languages
* Valid driver\u2019s license class B
