We are seeking a detail-focused and accomplished Regulatory Affairs Specialist who will take a hands-on approach to all Regulatory Monitoring and Reporting matters within DLT Finance AG.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor Reporting Trends and changes in Regulations, ensuring ongoing compliance with Regulatory Standards
  • Support the company's growth agenda by performing and improving our regulatory reporting programme
  • Compile and prepare reports required by financial regulators such as the BaFin, Tax office, or the relevant national or international regulatory authorities
  • Support the communication and collaboration with external service providers and other stakeholders serving as expert for regulatory requests, documentation or information needs
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Law, Business Administration or apprenticeship in Banking with professional qualifications for regulatory matters
  • Proven track record for experience with German and/or European financial Regulatory Affairs and Government Authorities (e.g. BaFin, Bundesbank, Tax Authorities, etc.)
  • Good understanding of Digital Assets or particularities the Fintech sector is a plus
  • High senses for confidentiality, priority and compliance
