Join Our Team as a Regulatory Affairs Specialist

DLT Finance AG is seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our regulatory compliance team, you will be responsible for monitoring regulatory trends, ensuring ongoing compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting the company's growth agenda.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor regulatory topics and identify trends in regulatory reporting
  • Implement new regulatory requirements with a skilled and analytical approach
  • Compile and prepare reports required by financial regulators, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all regulatory filings
  • Support communication and collaboration with external service providers and other stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Law, Business Administration, or apprenticeship in Banking with professional qualifications for regulatory matters
  • Proven track record of experience with German and/or European financial regulatory affairs and government authorities
  • Good understanding of Digital Assets or the Fintech sector is a plus
  • High sense of confidentiality, priority, and compliance
