Als Product Owner bist du verantwortlich für die Definition und Priorisierung neuer Features auf Basis von Kundenfeedback, Marktanalysen und der Unternehmensziele. Du planst und koordinierst die Entwicklung unserer Cloud Plattform MESLIS und bist für die Aufnahme und Beschreibung von Anforderungen und Funktionen für die MESLIS-Plattform verantwortlich.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Definition und Priorisierung neuer Features auf Basis von Kundenfeedback, Marktanalysen und der Unternehmensziele
  • Aufnahme und Beschreibung von Anforderungen und Funktionen für die MESLIS-Plattform
  • Eigenverantwortliche Erstellung von User Stories inklusive wirtschaftlicher und fachlicher Bewertung sowie Akzeptanzkriterien
  • Vorstellung, Abstimmung und Bestätigung der User Stories mit den Kunden und dem Scrum-Team
  • Koordination der Umsetzungsplanung durch das Backend/Frontend und das Data Team
  • Pflege des Product Backlogs und Priorisierung der Umsetzung von User Stories je Sprint
  • Prüfung und Abnahme neuer Features und deren Vorstellung gegenüber unseren Kunden
  • Intensive Abstimmung und Zusammenarbeit mit dem Leiter IT und dem Scrum Master
  • Pflege der Product Development Roadmap und Monitoring der strategischen Produktziele
  • Offene Kommunikation mit allen Stakeholdern für maximale Kunden- und Team-Zufriedenheit
Dein Mix
  • Studienabschluss in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufliche Erfahrung als IT Product Owner und/oder Product Manager
  • Nachgewiesene Kenntnisse in der agilen Entwicklung digitaler Lösungen und Cloud Plattformen
  • Überdurchschnittliche Kommunikationsstärke, hohe Veränderungsbereitschaft und starkes Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Pragmatische und proaktive Arbeitsweise, eigenverantwortliches Handeln und die Kraft, Ideen zu verwirklichen
  • Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Nutzerzentrierung
  • Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Product Development Strategien
  • Erfahrung in der Software-Entwicklung (C#, Python), Google Cloud Platform (GCP) und KI-Anwendungen sind von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute und sichere Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch sind notwendig
