Procurement and Purchasing Specialist

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Purchasing and Procurement Clerk (m/f/d) to enhance our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing demand requisitions in partnership with various departments
- Conducting comparative analysis of supplier offers
- Initiating and monitoring purchase orders
- Documenting and managing all procurement activities
- Ensuring timely and cost-efficient acquisition of packaging and consumables
- Performing regular inventory audits and systematic entries
- Engaging in ongoing price research and market evaluations
- Acting as the primary contact for suppliers
- Conducting supplier assessments and implementing enhancement strategies
- Managing the procurement of capital goods and maintaining workwear, C-parts, and specialized items
- Assisting with vendor onboarding processes
- Processing manual invoice documentation
- Continuously improving procurement workflows
- Collaborating closely with finance and accounting teams
- Providing support to departments with invoice approval systems
- Overseeing contract management
- Resolving issues and creating tickets for system-related problems
- Maintaining master data and engaging in project work
Candidate Profile:
- Completed commercial training
- Significant experience in procurement
- Proficient in SAP and other relevant systems
- Strong awareness of pricing and interest in market analysis
- Exceptional negotiation capabilities
- Organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
- Proficient in English
- Analytical mindset
- Ability to prioritize urgent procurement needs
- Technical knowledge is advantageous
