We are looking for a proactive and skilled Director of IT Operations to become a vital part of our organization. As a key technology executive reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, you will be instrumental in directing and enhancing the service management functions of our operational divisions. Your leadership will not only drive superior service management but also nurture and guide team members, promoting a culture of ongoing enhancement and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing and advancing the service delivery and change management teams to ensure effective and professional management of live services. Acting as a senior authority in IT, assisting the leadership team with new strategic initiatives. Collaborating with teams to refine their customer service strategies and adopt ITSM best practices. Working closely with other support teams to foster continuous improvement in service delivery. Managing vendor performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and executing service enhancement programs. Serving as the senior escalation point for IT operations, responsible for managing significant incidents.About You:
Demonstrated experience in leading service management teams within a sizable organization. Strong expertise in establishing service management frameworks and implementing service catalogues along with relevant service level agreements. Proficient in IT governance, risk management, and service level oversight. Experience in deploying ITSM processes and applications. Comprehensive understanding of the ITIL framework. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
