About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our Remote Team Solutions team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through outbound phone sales and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to customers to educate them on their options and provide the best home services solution.
  • Communicate with existing and past customers to generate new leads and build strong relationships.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets by leveraging your sales skills and knowledge of our products and services.
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers informed of the latest developments and ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate call notes and records using our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with our service team to resolve any issues that may arise and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Dial a high volume of calls to new leads and clear assigned leads daily to drive sales growth.

Requirements:

  • Excellent English language skills with fluent speaking and writing abilities.
  • Up to 1 year of customer service and sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule and commute to our office in TORREON, COAH.
  • Tech-savviness with ease of use of computer systems and ability to learn new technologies.
  • Positive attitude, confidence, and humility.
  • Ability to handle rejections and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and drive change.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
