Payroll Specialist

As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for the daily execution of payroll processes. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the accurate and timely review, processing, and maintenance of payroll data and procedures in our payroll systems, guaranteeing compliance with our service and performance goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Independently and responsibly handle payroll processes on time
- Manage administrative tasks related to employee matters, such as contract changes, new hires, and terminations
- Support departments and employees with tax and social security matters
- Handle various inquiries from authorities
- Prepare reports and analyses
- Strong knowledge of payroll tax and social security law
- Solid experience with SAP HR
- Proficiency with Office software
- Ideal experience in payroll processing
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
- English skills are a plus
- Willingness to continuously develop professionally
