About Us
Our open pedagogy is grounded in the Fröbel principles: 'Relationship - Individualization - Participation'. With a focus on 'Movement and Relaxation', we benefit from our facility's rural location, surrounded by fields and a nearby organic farm that children visit regularly. There, they playfully learn about farming and nature throughout the year, assist with animal care, and develop a deeper understanding of the environment and sustainability. Visits from our two ASB therapy dogs enrich daily pedagogical life, promoting social-emotional skills, stress reduction, and self-confidence. We strive for a balance between movement and relaxation to foster healthy body awareness in children, continuously adapting this focus to their needs.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide diagnostics and support for children with special needs.
- Advise colleagues, offering expertise on disabilities, pedagogical action strategies, spatial design considerations, and creating enriching diversity experiences.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify conditions that promote personality development and skill acquisition in children, documenting these in support plans.
- Positively guide children through transitions into new life and developmental phases, working closely with parents and the team.
Your Profile
- Possess a degree as a Heilpädagoge (m/w/d).
- Demonstrate a genuine passion for working with children and the ability to adapt to their interests and needs.
- Show interest in further professional development or possess additional qualifications such as language support, nutrition, movement, nature education, or music education.
