Your Responsibilities

  • Provide medical-clinical assistance during the preparation, execution, and documentation of clinical trials
  • Ensure the medical care of participants and independently carry out the medical procedures outlined in the trial protocol (e.g., ECG recording, pulse and blood pressure measurement), prioritizing the rights, safety, and well-being of participants
  • Collect and process human samples in the laboratory, including their analysis
  • Maintain thorough documentation of testing activities, utilizing appropriate software
  • Oversee all medical equipment

Your Profile

  • Completed training as a nurse, medical assistant, or emergency medical technician with extensive professional experience
  • Proficient in essential techniques such as blood sampling, intravenous cannula placement, blood pressure measurement, ECG, spirometry, and laboratory tasks like pipetting, centrifugation, and proper sample storage and evaluation
  • Skilled in using center-specific software applications and medical devices, including training responsibilities
  • Knowledge of emergency medical procedures, with regular participation in emergency training
  • Familiarity with clinical trials and good clinical practice (GCP) knowledge (completion of a one-week study nurse course)
  • Basic English proficiency and strong written and spoken German skills
  • An independent, organized, and meticulous approach to work
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
