We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Specialist (m/w/d) to join our team at KRAUSE-Werk GmbH & Co. KG. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing parts lists, reviewing drawings, and utilizing SAP S/4HANA to streamline our operations.
Key Responsibilities- Parts List Management: Oversee the creation, maintenance, and updating of parts lists to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Drawings Review: Conduct thorough reviews of drawings to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with company standards.
- SAP S/4HANA Management: Utilize SAP S/4HANA to manage parts lists, track inventory, and optimize business processes.
- Subcontracted Operations: Add subcontracted operations to parts lists and ensure seamless integration with our internal processes.
- Item Number Creation: Develop and implement a system for creating item numbers, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Work Plan Creation: Design and implement work plans to optimize business processes and improve efficiency.
- Item Number Blocking: Block item numbers in SAP to prevent unauthorized access and ensure data integrity.
- Technical Training: Possess technical training or commercial training with a high technical affinity.
- Previous Experience: Have previous experience in a similar position or be willing to transition from a technical to a commercial-technical environment.
- CAD Systems: Possess basic knowledge of modern CAD systems.
- SAP Proficiency: Enjoy working with SAP and have a strong understanding of its capabilities and limitations.
