Main Tasks:

- Procurement of all materials required for the locations
- Obtaining and checking quotations
- Entering and tracking orders
- Maintaining supplier and material master data
- Participating in the processing of supplier complaints
- Developing and implementing improvement measures
- Monitoring and coordinating the vehicle fleet
- Supporting and representing the purchasing manager in his area of responsibility
- Reporting

**Requirements**:

- Completed technical or commercial training; specialist further training an advantage
- Confident appearance and assertiveness
- Cost awareness, negotiating skills, assertiveness, communication and teamwork skills
- Good IT skills (MS Office and SAP)
- Good written and spoken English.
