Deine Rolle bei Gini GmbH

Als Innovation Manager (m/w/d) bei Gini GmbH bist du verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von innovativen Lösungen, die unsere Kunden und Kundenbedürfnisse erfüllen. Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Team zusammen, um neue Ideen zu entwickeln und bestehende Projekte zu optimieren.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Entwickle und implementiere innovative Lösungen, die unsere Kundenbedürfnisse erfüllen
  • Führe Ideation und Discovery Sprints durch, um neue Ideen zu entwickeln
  • Designst Experimente und Prototypen, um unsere Lösungen zu testen und zu verbessern
  • Betreibst User- und Marktrecherche, um unsere Kunden und Kundenbedürfnisse besser zu verstehen
  • Konzipierst und führst in-house Innovation Workshops durch, um unsere Teammitglieder zu motivieren und zu inspirieren
  • Begleitest interne Venture Teams und unterstützt sie bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von neuen Projekten
  • Arbeitest eng mit unserem Team zusammen, um unsere Innovation Strategie zu entwickeln und umzusetzen
Deine Qualifikationen
  • Bachelor-Abschluss in Business Administration, Innovation Management, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem ähnlichen Bereich
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in einer innovativen Rolle, gerne in der FinTech-Industrie
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Fähigkeit, komplexe Ideen zu vermitteln
  • Teamorientierte Persönlichkeit, die in der Lage ist, zwischen Teams zu vermitteln und zu moderieren
  • Exzellente Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
