Head of Salesforce/ CRM Development Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Salesforce/ CRM Development team as a Head of Salesforce/ CRM Development. As a key member of our Friedhelm Loh Group, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of our Salesforce/ CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Salesforce/ CRM Development team and provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Develop and implement strategies for the analysis and conception of customized solutions using APEX, Lightning Web Components & Visualforce.
  • Conduct coding reviews and drive the development of deployment automation using Gitlab.
  • Continuously improve and optimize existing processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Completed IT vocational training, a degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of SFDX, APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components or comparable technologies.
  • Good understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, test-driven development, and SQL.
  • Experience in integrating Salesforce solutions with external systems using APIs or integration solutions like Mulesoft.
  • Excellent German and English language skills.
  • First leadership experience is desirable but not mandatory.
  • High sense of responsibility and strong communication skills.
