About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced AI Engineering Manager to join our team at DeepRec. As a key member of our engineering leadership, you will be responsible for planning and allocating resources to drive the development of innovative AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a diverse engineering team to deliver high-quality AI solutions
- Collaborate with product and tech leadership to define product roadmaps and allocate resources effectively
- Develop and maintain high standards of software development best practices
- Promote a culture of growth and provide feedback and mentorship to support team development
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in AI & Natural Language Processing (NLP)
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams of individual contributors
- Solid technical expertise and a thorough understanding of software development best practices
- Extensive experience in implementing and promoting Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, within engineering teams
- Proficient in English, with German language skills being an advantage
