Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Beratung und Unterstützung der Betreiber von Störfallbetrieben der oberen Klasse nach 58 BImSchG
  • Genehmigungsmanagement
  • Arbeitssicherheitsmanagement
  • Umweltschutz (Rechtskonformität mit deutschen und europäischen Vorschriften: IED, Seveso, BImSchG, WHG, AwSV)
  • Aktive Schnittstelle zu Behörden, Institutionen, Verbänden und Dienstleistern
  • Unterstützung des Werkleiters in Krefeld bei der Einhaltung aller rechtlichen Bestimmungen und behördlichen Auflagen
  • Unterstützung der europäischen Standorte im Rahmen der Fachbereiche Sicherheit und Umwelt
  • EU-ETS (Europäisches Emissionshandelssystem)
  • Unterstützung der Aufrechterhaltung des integrierten Managementsystems bezogen auf ISO 14001
  • Zielgerichtete Führung, Förderung und Motivation der Mitarbeiter
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von HSE-relevanten Schulungen im In- und Ausland
Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen
  • Naturwissenschaftliches Studium bzw. entsprechende Qualifizierung in Sicherheits-, Umwelt-Ingenieurwesen oder einem artverwandten technischen Bereich
  • Fachkenntnisse und mehr als 3 Jahre Praxiserfahrung im Sicherheits-, Umwelt- und Gesundheitsmanagement, vorzugsweise im Chemiesektor
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten zur Identifizierung von Sicherheitsrisiken und -chancen
  • Kenntnisse der relevanten Gesetze, Normen und Vorschriften im Bereich EHS und die Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Weiterbildung und Anpassung an sich ändernden Anforderungen
  • Erfahrung in Beauftragten Funktionen wie z. B. Störfall, Immissionsschutz, Abfall, Gewässerschutz, Arbeitssicherheit
  • Erfahrung in der Leitung von Teams
  • Kommunikationsstärke für die effektive Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen und Überzeugungskraft bei der Umsetzung von EHS-Richtlinien und -verfahren
  • Proaktive und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
