Strategic Planning & Stakeholder Service Officer (m/f/div)
Employment Type: Full-time (38.5 hours per week)

Role Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-focused Strategic Planning & Stakeholder Service Officer to enhance the Stakeholder Service Unit and the Operations Department.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
1. Supporting operational functions within the Operations Department (70%) and
2. Managing the Stakeholder Service Desk (30%).
Your contributions will ensure the integrity of operational and certification-related data, assist with internal activities, and serve as the primary contact for stakeholders regarding operational and certification inquiries. A collaborative spirit, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn are essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the quality of Fairtrade certification data
- Assist in gathering information for the operations department budget
- Support operational activities, including capacity planning and implementing corrective measures post-audits
- Facilitate data governance and assist with data request processes
- Cultivate and manage relationships with stakeholders, including national Fairtrade organizations and producer networks
- Ensure effective and service-oriented communication between stakeholders and various departments within FLOCERT
- Continuously enhance FLOCERT's services for stakeholders
- Engage with stakeholders at meetings and international events
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Economics, Environmental Science)
- At least 3 years of experience working with international stakeholders in certification systems or related fields
- Experience in customer relationship management is a plus
- Familiarity with the Fairtrade International movement is advantageous
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data management
- Proficient in relevant software tools (e.g., Power BI, MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
- Additional language skills in Spanish, German, French, Italian, or Dutch are beneficial
- Detail-oriented with a reliable work ethic
- Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities
- Effective communication skills and multicultural sensitivity
- Ability to work independently and manage pressure from diverse stakeholders
