Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team at Phorms School Frankfurt. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our teachers and students in the classroom, helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement lesson plans, providing support to students as needed
- Assist with classroom management, including supervising students during breaks and school trips
- Communicate with parents, colleagues, and external organizations to ensure effective collaboration and support
- Participate in staff meetings and class consultations to contribute to the development of our pedagogical concept
Requirements
- Pedagogically based qualification or degree, with excellent professional knowledge and experience working with primary school children
- Passion for primary education and commitment to working as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents
- Identification with our pedagogical concept and motivation to creatively implement it together with the team
