Product Design Intern

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Design Intern to join our team at CYBEX GMBH. As a Product Design Intern, you will be responsible for supporting our team on projects in the field of Technical Lifestyle, Home / Furniture or Sport.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support the team on projects from concept to final production release
  • Work on various tasks, including creating documents and presentations to explain and define product aspects
  • Learn and support proper execution of CAD surfacing and preparation for prototyping
  • Assist the team in everyday tasks and support the team's work

Your Qualifications:

  • You are currently studying for a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial / Product / Transportation Design
  • You can work autonomously and in a team
  • You are comfortable taking directions and learning from others
  • Ideal experience in an agency or corporate product development environment
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Rhino3D is a must, with parametric modeling a plus
  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and a good eye for aesthetics
  • You have a proactive attitude towards finding solutions
  • You are able to present work beautifully and clearly
  • Your written and spoken English skills are very good, and you feel comfortable working in an English-speaking environment
  • You want to complete a (compulsory) internship of at least 5 months as part of your degree program
