As the Sales Lead for Europe, you will oversee a dynamic team of six professionals, collaborating with various elite groups to drive the advancement of drone technology.

Your role will involve close collaboration with stakeholders from Marketing, Support, and Product Management to shape our long-term strategic vision and empower our partners to excel in the local drone market. By spearheading sales initiatives and developing your region, you will significantly influence the growth trajectory of Quantum-Systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the sales network across the European territory.
  • Engage in direct sales, manage key accounts, and conduct demonstrations/POC projects throughout Europe.
  • Execute our sales strategy with accountability for revenue and results in your designated area.
  • Broaden your sales territory by nurturing existing relationships and acquiring new distribution partners.
  • Establish and sustain long-term partnerships with relevant user groups.
  • Serve as the primary contact for all sales-related inquiries from current customers, distributors, and potential clients in your area.
  • Continuously assess the market and competitive landscape to enhance your sales efforts independently.
  • Plan and execute trade shows and other promotional activities (e.g., flight demonstrations with subsequent data analysis) in your region.
  • Maintain accurate customer data and sales activities within the CRM system.
  • Provide regular updates on your sales performance and activities.
Qualifications:
  • A strong sales-oriented individual with a strategic mindset.
  • Proven sales experience, ideally with a relevant network.
  • A degree in Geodesy and/or Agriculture.
  • A communicative and dedicated team player with assertiveness and intercultural awareness.
  • Exceptional conceptual and analytical abilities.
  • Willingness to travel and a high degree of self-organization.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM systems.
