Product Manager - Milwaukee® Hand Tools

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our Milwaukee® Hand Tools team in Winnenden. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining innovative product features and specifications required by professional end users on future product launches.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct core user research on jobsites across main EMEA markets to collect, analyze, consolidate, and report user needs and requirements in new product development projects.
  • Manage product launches through the business, emphasizing production dates and availability in European warehouses, product details such as manuals, packaging, catalogues, online, etc., pan-European price positioning, and monitoring product streams against given targets.
  • Work with global product management and engineering teams to deliver the right product for the right target user groups at the right price point.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams in region to deliver necessary products for range, national promotions, as well as key account specific promotions.
  • Work with marketing team on launch packs, merchandising, and marketing materials to support products.
  • Visit suppliers across the globe to stay on top of product development.
  • Present products at large and small customer groups at events in EMEA.

Your Profile:

  • A STEM degree or university with a focus on mechatronics or a similar technical qualification, ideally with experience in product management.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Good English language skills both spoken and written.
  • A strong working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Willingness to travel, approximately 20%.
