**Time Management Transformation**
Time Management in Germany is currently undergoing a transformation phase to elevate the organization to the next level of digitalization and efficiency. This initiative aims to leverage technology to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
**Your Role in the Transformation**
We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative individual to join our team and contribute to the transformation of Time Management at Mercedes-Benz. As a Time Management Intern, you will have the opportunity to experience and shape IT at HR, conception, and documentation of user stories, development and implementation of test scenarios, carrying out analyses in the time system, and research in Confluence.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Experience and help shape IT at HR
- Conception and documentation of user stories
- Development and implementation of test scenarios
- Carrying out analyses in the time system and research in Confluence
- Participation in projects such as RPA prototypes and data analyses
**Process Optimization**
You will also be responsible for optimizing processes, conducting preliminary discussions and process analyses with various stakeholders, modeling and adapting processes, and identifying and implementing process optimizations.
**Knowledge Management**
Additionally, you will have the opportunity to rethink knowledge management, develop a standardized concept for knowledge management in time management, and create target group-oriented training materials and information videos.
**Requirements**
- Degree in business informatics, computer science, business administration with a focus on digitization or a comparable course of study
- Initial experience in programming
- Very good written and spoken German and a good command of English
- Confident handling of MS Office
