About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Softgoods Engineering Assistant to join our team at CYBEX GMBH. As a key member of our Softgoods engineering team, you will play a crucial role in the development of new products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development of new products by collaborating with the Softgoods engineering team.
- Evaluate and check the fitting and quality of prototypes to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Assist in the continuous optimization of our patterns and products to improve efficiency and quality.
- Create technical documentation during the development of new products and production processes.
- Communicate effectively with production facilities in Asia to ensure smooth production processes.
- Support the development of patterns using CAD systems to enhance product design and quality.
- Collaborate with all other product and design development teams to ensure seamless integration and coordination.
Requirements:
- Successfully completed studies or apprenticeship as a clothing technician, pattern constructor, or similar qualification.
- First practical experience or multiple internships in a related field are beneficial.
- Motivated team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Will to travel and adapt to new environments.
- Fluent in English; German is a plus.
