Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Softgood Engineering Specialist to join our team at CYBEX GMBH. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for creating new technical solutions, developing patterns for new products, and ensuring the quality of our production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop new technical solutions to improve product quality and efficiency
  • Collaborate with the design team to create patterns for new products
  • Inspect and verify production patterns to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Implement technical standards into product requirements
  • Create technical documentation for product development and production
  • Assist in product development and testing of development and production samples
  • Monitor the development and production of products in our facilities

Requirements:

  • Successful completion of studies or apprenticeship as a Clothing Technician or Pattern constructor
  • Relevant experience in a comparable position
  • Proficiency in CAD/Gerber/Lectra aided systems
  • Excellent technical understanding and proficiency in Excel
  • Fluency in English, German is a plus
  • Affinity for lifestyle and design
  • Willingness to travel
