Position: IT Project Manager (m/f/d)

Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated IT Project Manager to join our Research IT department. This full-time, permanent role involves overseeing and coordinating IT initiatives within the Faculty of Medicine.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate IT projects, including the formulation of timelines, resource distribution, and financial oversight.
- Conduct requirement analyses, develop project plans, and establish key milestones.
- Ensure adherence to legal standards and guidelines throughout the IT project lifecycle.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including users, suppliers, and service providers.
- Implement risk management strategies and resolve issues throughout the project duration.
- Assess the performance of IT systems and identify areas for enhancement.
Qualifications:
- A completed degree in (medical/economic) computer science or a related field (Bachelor's degree) or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrated experience in project management, particularly within the IT sector.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools is preferred.
- Experience in engaging with diverse stakeholders and managing intricate projects.
- Knowledge of German and European data protection and security regulations is advantageous.
