Senior Database Administrator

As a key member of our team at Transition Partners, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our database systems. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitoring system performance and providing technical support to colleagues
  • Ensuring the overall health of the database systems through troubleshooting, maintenance, and performance tuning
  • Contributing to cross-functional teams and guiding the organisation's data infrastructure

You will have the opportunity to work with large datasets and transform data structures, leveraging your expertise in Oracle and Microsoft SQL systems. Additionally, you will be expected to provide technical guidance and support to colleagues, utilizing your strong knowledge of Oracle ExaData systems and proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL.

Requirements
  • Extensive experience with Oracle and Microsoft SQL systems
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle ExaData systems
  • Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL
  • Experience working with large datasets and transforming data structures
  • Language proficiency German C1 and English B2
