Supply Chain Manager for Data Exchange

Job Summary:

BAUHAUS is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager for Data Exchange to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with international suppliers to facilitate Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Connect suppliers to EDI services, ensuring seamless data exchange and minimizing errors.
  • Provide guidance and support to suppliers on electronic data exchange, including UN/EDIFACT and XML standards.
  • Participate in sustainability initiatives, optimizing reporting and improving tools and processes to reduce environmental impact.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in supply chain management, EDI, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of UN/EDIFACT and XML standards.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a proactive approach to process improvement.
  • Fluent German and good English skills.
