Sustainability Consultant

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Sustainability Consultant, der unsere Kunden bei den Herausforderungen der Zukunft unterstützt. Als Teil unseres Teams für Nachhaltigkeit werden Sie marktführende Lösungen für das Management verschiedener Nachhaltigkeitsthemen und die Berichterstattung darüber entwickeln.
Deine Aufgaben- Als Senior Consultant übernimmst Du die Projektverantwortung der Beratung oder Prüfung in Themenbereichen wie der EU-Taxonomie für Sustainable Finance, Klima oder Menschenrechte.
- Der Dialog mit Entscheidungsträgern relevanter Fachbereiche zur strategischen Weiterentwicklung und Implementierung von Themen wie Nachhaltigkeits-KPI und Ziele, übergreifende Organisationsstrukturen oder aufkommende gesetzliche Anforderungen wie das Sorgfaltspflichtengesetz gehört auch in Dein Aufgabengebiet.
- Du treibst die Integration von Nachhaltigkeit in Corporate Governance-Systemen voran und gestaltest Prozesse zur Steuerung und Berichterstattung nichtfinanzieller Themen mit.
- Du gestaltest die Produktentwicklung mit und verantwortest die Neukundengewinnung.
- Senior Consultant (w/m/d) Sustainability Services wirst Du bei uns mit einem erfolgreich abgeschlossenen Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Naturwissenschaften oder Ingenieurwissenschaften.
- Du bringst mindestens zwei bis drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Prüfung und Beratung zur Nachhaltigkeit mit und hast idealerweise bereits einen fachlichen Fokus gelegt.
- Ein bestandenes Wirtschaftsprüferexamen ist von Vorteil.
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Projekt- und Teamführung.
- Du bringst Leidenschaft für Nachhaltigkeit, nichtfinanzielle Informationen, Prüfungsmethoden, komplexe Aufgaben und den Vertrieb mit.
- Einen sicheren Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen, sehr gute Englischkenntnisse sowie Flexibilität und Mobilität setzen wir voraus.
- Deine sehr guten analytischen Fähigkeiten, Deine ausgeprägte Teammentalität sowie Deine strukturierte Arbeitsweise runden Deine Qualifikationen ab.
