About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Zara. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our store, managing internal processes, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Coordinate and manage internal processes and procedures in line with INDITEX standards.
  • Sales and Budget Management: Analyze KPIs, set targets, and implement measures to achieve corporate goals.
  • Team Management: Motivate employees, recognize potential, and promote individual training to develop team members.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure an outstanding customer experience through passion and leadership.
  • Representation: Represent Zara internally and externally, leading by example.

  • Positive Attitude: Demonstrate a positive attitude and hands-on mentality.
  • Organizational Skills: Show great organizational talent and excellent communication skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Evaluate KPIs and make informed decisions.
