Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Store Performance: Collaborate with the Store Manager to ensure the store consistently meets or exceeds sales, KPI, and profitability targets through effective short- and long-term planning, cost control, and exceptional customer service.
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Experience: Ensure high customer satisfaction within the store, adhering to PUMA values and established service standards. Responsible for accurate execution of sales, exchanges, refunds, and promotions at the checkout while ensuring all guidelines are followed.
  • Support Store Manager in Team Development: Assist the Store Manager in recruiting, training, developing, coaching, motivating, and retaining high-performing and results-driven team members.
  • Loss Prevention and Operational Compliance: Manage and oversee loss prevention education and awareness programs, taking responsibility for loss prevention and operational compliance within the store.
  • Visual Merchandising and Store Presentation: Inspect and control the implementation of visual guidelines standards, ensuring a consistently high visual presentation of the store that meets or exceeds PUMA standards.
  • Development Opportunities: Be prepared to accept development opportunities at other locations within Germany or Europe.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in a focused, customer-oriented retail environment (preferably clothing/shoes)
  • Passion for the PUMA brand
  • Customer-oriented, reliable, and friendly personality
  • Strong communication and motivation skills
  • Excellent organizational talent and time management
  • Ability to hold presentations in front of large groups
  • Business acumen and financial cost awareness
  • Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet
