RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reviewing and validating driver and vehicle documentation
- Overseeing loading schedules and confirming slot reservations
- Coordinating check-in and check-out procedures
- Preparing shipping and loading documentation, including customs and hazardous materials paperwork
- Facilitating communication with loading points and clients
- Logging incoming orders into the weighing system
REQUIREMENTS
- Completed vocational training in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
- Prior experience in a comparable position
- Familiarity with SAP is advantageous
- Understanding of customs and hazardous materials regulations
- Dependable, adaptable, and a collaborative team member
