Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Owner to join our team at Optimus Search. As a Senior Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining the product roadmap and working closely with the development team to deliver high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Roadmap Definition: Collaborate with the Portfolio team and stakeholders to define the product roadmap, including requirements, planning, and future technology.
- Backlog Management: Responsible for the timeline, delivery, and management of the backlog to ensure successful product development.
- Product Development Transparency: Ensure transparency and comprehension of acceptance criteria throughout the product development process.
- Team Coaching: Coach the development team in agile and TDD methodologies to ensure efficient and effective product development.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding and experience with Android, Kotlin, and software architecture.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience working as a Product Owner or in a similar role.
- Methodologies: Excellent experience working with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Additional Skills: Experience with C++ and embedded systems is a plus.
- Language: Fluency in English is mandatory.
