We are seeking a Diet Assistant (m/w/d) to join our team at WEIDEMANN Catering GmbH. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our services regionally, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation, and providing exceptional customer service.

• Regional Expansion: Develop and implement strategies to expand our catering services across various regions, including Sachsen, Sachsen-Anhalt, Thüringen, and Niedersachsen.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that our food meets the highest standards of taste, presentation, and hygiene.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their needs and preferences in a timely and professional manner.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with our kitchen team to ensure seamless communication and coordination, resulting in efficient and effective food preparation and presentation.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance our services, processes, and customer satisfaction.

• Qualifications: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Diätassistenten (m/w/d) or a degree in Ökotrophologie (m/w/d).
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results and exceeding customer expectations.
• Education: Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and quality control procedures.
