Your Responsibilities

  • Engage in discussions regarding a highly innovative diabetes care portfolio, focusing on our Continuous Glucose Monitoring for optimal sales performance
  • Maintain and expand customer relationships through regular visits aligned with targets
  • Assist in the launch of new products and technologies within the designated territory
  • Support effective management of regional Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
  • Collaborate with management to devise strategies for acquiring and retaining key customers
  • Conduct ongoing market and competitive analysis
  • Facilitate product training events in the territory
  • Ensure accurate daily reporting via the CRM system and timely completion of administrative tasks as per division or supervisor guidelines

Your Qualifications

  • Completed studies in a business or scientific field or equivalent qualifications
  • Alternatively, certification as a pharmaceutical sales representative and/or diabetes consultant or nutritionist
  • Several years of proven success as a sales representative in medical technology, pharmaceuticals, or FMCG
  • Preferably knowledgeable about the diabetes sector and local market dynamics
  • Strong sales acumen along with excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Flexibility and strong active listening abilities
  • Proficient in German and competent in English
