Palliative Care Worker

We are a mid-sized regional company and provide care for approximately 75 people in the ambulatory sector. In addition to the classic mobile care service, we operate a supported living facility with 20 senior-friendly apartments. Our goal is to preserve the independence and self-determined life of our clients through need-based care and support, while maintaining their familiar social environment.

We are looking for you to join our smaller and loyal team in the ambulatory sector

Your Task/Responsibility:

  • Care and support of people in need in the context of our ambulatory care service
  • Implementation of general and treatment care
  • Planning and documentation of care measures
  • Ensuring quality standards in care
  • Care and counseling of our clients and their relatives

Your Personal/Fachliche Profile:

  • Completed training as a care specialist (m/w/d) or healthcare professional (m/w/d)
  • As a healthcare assistant: training as a nursing assistant (m/w/d) desirable or certificate in basic treatment care desirable
  • Experience in the field of care or healthcare desirable, but also welcome are beginners who are eager to learn and be trained
  • You possess a high level of social competence and empathy in dealing with people in need and their relatives, and are also extremely responsible and reliable
  • Good knowledge of German in writing and speaking
  • Driver's license class B
