About the Role
As a key member of our team at IEG - INVESTMENT BANKING GROUP, you will play a vital role in the preparation, execution, and closing process of transactions. Your responsibilities will include supporting the deal team in the creation of financial models and enterprise value analyses, as well as developing strategic market and competition analyses.
Your Profile
- Enthusiasm for digital topics, disruptive innovations, and new technologies is essential for this role.
- You should hold an advanced bachelor's degree in economics, preferably with a financial focus.
- First experience in M&A, corporate finance, corporate development, consulting, or auditing is preferred, ideally through an internship.
- Excellent social skills, as well as very good German and English skills, are required.
- You should be willing to learn and perform in an independent and structured way.
- Good Excel and PowerPoint skills are necessary for this position.
- Familiarity with working in an international team and facing new challenges every day is a plus.
