Beschreibung der Position

Wir suchen einen IT Application Specialist (w/m/d) für unsere IT-Abteilung. Als Teil unseres Teams wirst du die Administration und Implementierung von fachspezifischen Anwendungen übernehmen. Du wirst eigenverantwortlich Analysen und Behebungen von Störungen durchführen sowie die Koordination von Serviceanfragen im 2nd/3rd Level Support übernehmen.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Administration und Implementierung von fachspezifischen Anwendungen
  • Eigenverantwortliche Analyse und Behebung von Störungen
  • Koordination von Serviceanfragen im 2nd/3rd Level Support
  • Übernahme von Updates, Hotfixes und neuen Releases
  • Begleitung der Applikationen über den gesamten Application-Life-Cycle
  • Anforderungsanalyse, Bewertung neuer Requirements, Umsetzung und Überführung in den Betrieb
  • Betrieb von Plattformen für Datenlösungen
  • Pflege und Erstellung von Dokumentationen und der teaminternen Wissensdatenbank
  • Kontinuierliche Mitarbeit an aktuellen Projekten und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Anwendungen
  • Automatisierung und Optimierung bestehender Prozesse und Schnittstellen
  • Unterstützung und Beratung bei technischen Fragestellungen
Dein Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder einer vergleichbaren Studienrichtung und/oder eine informationstechnische Ausbildung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Administration von Datenbanken (MS SQL-Server) und Webservern (Internet Information Service)
  • Praktische Erfahrungen bei der Durchführung von IT-Projekten und der Überführung von Anwendungen in den produktiven Betrieb
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Technologien (Windows Server, Microsoft SQL Server, Internet Information Service) und gängigen Web Technologie
  • Erfahrung in der Analyse von Problemen in Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen sowie in der Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von Lösungskonzepten
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Datenplattformen wie Power BI und Alteryx
  • Vorteilhaft Erfahrungen mit dem Microsoft Business Intelligence Stack (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, Power BI Report Server)
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie Motivation für variantenreiche Aufgaben und Projekte
  • Gutes Geschick im Umgang mit Menschen, gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Freude an der Arbeit im Team
