Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Analog Mixed-Signal Software Engineer to join our team at Apple. As a key member of our Apple Silicon Engineering Group, you will play a critical role in designing innovative tools to develop the next generation of Apple's world-leading systems-on-chip (SOCs).

Key Responsibilities

**Design and Development**

  • Architect, develop, and test software to capture the behavior and performance of Analog Mixed-Signal (AMS) circuits.
  • Work on a simulation platform connecting multiple simulators to design AMS IPs.

**Scientific Software Development**

  • Design and develop a Scientific Software package/framework.
  • Develop custom hardware description libraries, frameworks, and/or languages.

**Simulation Software Expertise**

  • Design digital, analog, and mixed-signal simulation software.
  • Develop software-representations of future hardware and make them real.

**Requirements**

  • Expert level in Python and/or C++.
  • Expert in Object-oriented Software (OOP).
  • Knowledge of Database frontend and backend.
  • Familiarity with simulation tools for analog, digital, and/or mixed-signal circuits.
  • Familiarity with popular digital design HDLs (Verilog and/or VHDL).
  • Understanding of specs and requirements for AMS circuits is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MS/PhD EE/CE, or industry experience equivalent.
