- Contribute to the design of new services and facilitate their market introduction.
- Identify and evaluate potential new markets/applications for Freudenberg, developing corresponding business strategies.
- Compile a comprehensive product and service portfolio for newly identified markets/applications.
- Provide expert support in managing customer complaints.
- Conduct training sessions, presentations, seminars, and workshops for employees and clients.
- Author and publish technical articles and documentation.
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to align market development activities and clarify tasks and responsibilities of assigned sales teams.
- Create and update sales and marketing materials as needed.
- Engage in continuous global market monitoring, analysis, and evaluation in partnership with business development.
- Strive to secure significant sales opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in engineering (technical university, university of applied sciences), preferably in mechanical engineering or a related field.
- Extensive experience in sales, application, marketing, or product management.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English; knowledge of German is a plus.
- Strong IT skills.
- Willingness to travel (approximately 30%).
