Kennung: RTDS-RTS-GLPO In dieser vielseitigen Rolle sind Sie als Gruppenleiter (m/w/d) verantwortlich für die disziplinarische Leitung eines dynamischen Teams von Embedded-Programmable-Logic-Spezialisten. Gleichzeitig agieren Sie als Product Owner (m/w/d) eines Scrum-Teams und gestalten aktiv die Entwicklung des dSPACE FPGA Programming Blocksets. Dieses Produkt ermöglicht unseren Kunden einen benutzerfreundlichen Zugang zu latenzarmer und leistungsstarker Echtzeitmodellierung, insbesondere in zukunftsorientierten Märkten wie der E-Mobilität, und basiert auf VHDL-Code-Generatoren.

Ihre Aufgaben

Disziplinarische und fachliche Leitung eines agilen Teams von Fachkräften Strategische Ausrichtung des dSPACE FPGA Programming Blocksets Analyse und Priorisierung von Kundenanforderungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Schlüsselkunden, Partnern und internen Abteilungen Definition der zu entwickelnden Produktmerkmale in enger Abstimmung mit Stakeholdern und Entwicklungsteams

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Ingenieurwesen oder einem verwandten technischen Bereich Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich FPGA und VHDL Erfahrung in der Programmierung von Embedded- oder Echtzeitsystemen Vertrautheit mit der Methodik des Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
