Job Summary

We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of HVAC and refrigeration projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure project deliverables are met
  • Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking, and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop proposals
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the HVAC and refrigeration industry
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles, tools, and techniques
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
