ISG Intermed Service GmbH is a dynamic trading and logistics company with over 1,000 employees, specializing in the distribution of medical products to healthcare facilities across Germany. Through our partnership with LADR Laboratory Network, we provide comprehensive lab services to medical practices and hospitals.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries related to our laboratory order entry systems.
  • Effectively manage and document all customer interactions and requests.
  • Collaborate closely with the software manufacturer to resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Contribute to the successful implementation of new Order Entry Software projects.
  • Participate actively in training sessions and be part of a 24/7 on-call rotation to ensure continuous system support.

Your Profile:

  • Possess a completed education in a relevant field, such as computer science or information technology.
  • Prior experience within the medical sector is highly advantageous.
  • Demonstrate a structured and independent work ethic with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
  • Fluent in German (minimum B2 level).
