Business Development Intern

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Digital Solutions EMEA team at Continental. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business development efforts and driving forward strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support European Sales Manager in implementing digital solutions into their sales process
  • Drive customer requirements into our organization to become a leading fleet solutions provider
  • Collaborate with colleagues in markets and customers to align and prioritize requirements
  • Participate in the development and implementation of strategic projects to secure fleet business growth at lighthouse customers
  • Develop customer/application matrix to support local teams for best-fit solutions
  • Create business development activity overview to ensure transparency
  • Adjust and develop market entry/release checklists for new solutions offerings
  • Assist in communication between central and international stakeholders
Qualifications:
  • Students in business administration, marketing, or a comparable field of study
  • Proficient in MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Excellent English language skills (German is a plus)
  • Passion for working in a dynamic and complex environment
  • High level of commitment, teamwork, organizational, and communication skills
