About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader (w/m/d) to join our team at Siemens Healthineers AG. As a key member of our Customs Clearance and Import department, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in ensuring the efficient and compliant clearance of imports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of customs clearance and import specialists in ensuring the accurate and timely clearance of imports
  • Develop and implement processes to improve customs clearance and import efficiency
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including logistics and procurement teams, to ensure seamless import processes
  • Communicate with external stakeholders, including customs authorities and freight forwarders, to resolve any import-related issues
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant customs regulations and laws
Requirements
  • Proven experience in customs clearance and import management, preferably in an international company
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in SAP and MS Office
