Wir suchen einen engagierten und visionären Product Designer (m/w/d) oder UI/UX Designer (m/w/d), der unsere Designs auf das nächste Level bringt.

Als Design Lead werden Sie unser Design System verantworten und gemeinsam mit unseren Product und Engineering Leads innovative und benutzerfreundliche Lösungen entwickeln, die den Alltag von Tierärzten, Tierhaltern (m/w/d) und Tieren verbessern.

Dein persönlicher Verantwortungsbereich

  • Verantwortung für unser Design System und Sicherstellung der Konsistenz aller Produkte und digitalen Touchpoints
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Product Lead und den Engineering Leads zur Analyse, Verbesserung und Neukonzeption digitaler Prozesse
  • Erstellen von Designs für unsere digitalen Produkte, einschließlich Wireframes, Mockups und Prototypen
  • Begleitung von Initiativen und Features von der Discovery-Phase bis zum Release
  • Durchführung von User Research (z.B. Usability Testing), um ein tiefes Verständnis von Nutzerbedürfnissen und -verhalten zu erlangen
  • Entwicklung eines tiefgehenden Verständnisses unserer Kunden, Mitarbeitenden und deren Bedürfnisse in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Product Lead, um intuitive und moderne Lösungen zu designen

Wenn wir dich backen könnten, bringst du bestenfalls Folgendes mit:

  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in einem Umfeld, in dem Struktur, schnelle Auffassungsgabe, klare Kommunikation und Hands-On Mentalität gefordert sind (z.B. Startups)
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Product Design bzw. UI/UX Design
  • Großes Plus: Erfahrungen mit User-Centered Design oder Service Design
  • Starke Eigenmotivation und die Fähigkeit, selbstständig und proaktiv zu arbeiten
  • Kreativität und ein ausgeprägtes ästhetisches Empfinden
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Probleme zu analysieren und innovative Lösungen zu entwickeln
  • Fähigkeit, effektiv in multidisziplinären Teams zu arbeiten
  • Versiert im Umgang mit Figma und digitalen Tools wie Notion, Slack, Miro, Linear
  • Kein Background im medizinischen oder tiermedizinischen Bereich erforderlich
