About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Designer to join our team at IntegrityNext. As a Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience across our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with product management, design, and engineering teams to define and implement innovative design solutions that align with our product direction and enhance user experience.
  • Conduct user research, including interviews and usability studies, to gather insights and validate design decisions, ensuring that user needs and pain points are at the heart of our design process.
  • Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate the intended user journey and interface functionality.
  • Analyze and interpret user feedback, translating it into actionable design enhancements that improve the product's usability and overall experience.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or similar tools for creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Full-stack design skills including user research, journey mapping, and feature development from concept to execution.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively present designs and work with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent time management and critical thinking abilities with a detail-oriented approach, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
