External Sales Specialist for After Sales Solutions

Your Mission? Challenging
- Our machines are in daily use worldwide, so our customers in the plastics processing industry can produce high-quality and complex parts. They appreciate both the quality of our products and our excellent customer service. As a sales representative in the field, you will support our customers in operating the machines economically and reliably throughout their entire lifespan. You will advise them on suitable after-sales solutions from the moment the machine is delivered until the end of its life. Your main tasks include:
- You actively promote our after-sales products, services, and maintenance services to existing customers. For this, you will regularly visit our customers on site and maintain your contacts with relevant decision-makers in purchasing, production, and maintenance.
- At the same time, you will present our after-sales portfolio together with the machine sales team to potential new customers.
- You will also analyze and realize cross-selling potential.
- On trade fairs and events in Germany, you will advise our customers on individual after-sales solutions.
- To continuously improve our offers and processes, you will pass on market requirements to product management and product development.
- Of course, you will be supported throughout the entire application process by an experienced back office team, and we will provide you with a suitable company car - also for private use.
Your Competence? Convincing
- Completed technical education with commercial further education or commercial education with technical further education
- Perspectively, a further qualification, e.g. a degree in industrial engineering
- Experience in the sales of technical B2B products is advantageous, ideally with industry knowledge and affinity for plastics
- Willingness to travel in the field within your assigned sales region
- Good German and English language skills
- A secure and convincing appearance, combined with sales thinking and an interest in after-sales products, as well as a pleasant interaction with customers, complete your profile.
